CLFY Co., LTD (the “Company”) values the personal information of users who use TurnFlow and its related websites (the “Service”) and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws and regulations. The Company processes personal information lawfully and transparently, and makes best efforts to protect users’ rights and interests.

This Privacy Policy applies to the TurnFlow Service and its related websites, including the landing page, inquiry page, member page, and creator page. This Policy applies to services provided under the turnflow.link domain, and may apply in the same or similar form to the Company’s other official domains depending on how the service is provided.

1. Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods

A. Information provided directly by the user

The Company may collect the following personal information for membership registration, login, service use, inquiry handling, and payment processing.

1) Membership registration and account management

• Required: email address, password, name, mobile phone number
• Optional: profile information, any additional information entered by the user
• When using social login: email, name (nickname), profile identifiers, and other information necessary for providing the Service, as received from Google, Kakao, or Instagram accounts. For Kakao login, the mobile phone number may also be provided, only where the user has given consent.

2) Mobile phone number verification, and items planned for real-name verification

For identity verification at sign-up, the Company sends a verification code to the mobile phone number entered by the user and confirms ownership of that number. This is limited to confirming ownership of the number; the Company does not collect name, date of birth, gender, telecom carrier information, or connecting information (CI/DI). If required by law or for service operations, the Company may introduce a real-name verification service through an identity verification agency in the future, and will disclose the items collected through a separate notice or an amendment to this Policy.

3) When using inquiry/subscription features on a Creator page

If a user uses the inquiry or subscription feature on a creator’s TurnFlow page, the following information may be entered:

• name or nickname
• email address
• contact information (phone number)
• inquiry title and inquiry content
• other information voluntarily entered by the user
