Effective Date: April 17, 2026

These Terms of Service are the general terms that apply to the integrated services provided by CLFY Co., LTD (the “Company”). If the Company provides separate terms, operating policies, refund policies, seller policies, advertising policies, workspace policies, API policies, or notices for individual services, those individual terms/policies will prevail to the extent they conflict with these Terms.

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and members in connection with the use of the websites, applications, software, AI features, automation features, analytics features, and all related services provided by the Company (collectively, the “Service”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

The meanings of terms used in these Terms are as follows.

1. Service means each of the following services provided by the Company and all related ancillary features:
   1. Link-in-Bio page creation and management service
   2. AI-based generation or recommendation features for text, themes, copy, etc.
   3. Social media account connections, comment management, message automation, and statistics/analytics
   4. Team- or workspace-based collaboration features
   5. Any other services additionally provided by the Company
2. Individual Service means each unit of service provided within the Service under a separate name, payment structure, feature set, and/or policy.
3. Member means a person who agrees to these Terms, completes registration under the Company’s procedures, and is granted eligibility to use the Service.
4. Non-member means a person who uses certain parts of the Service without registering as a member.
5. Visitor means a person who views public pages or content created and published by a member.
6. Account means the authentication credentials used to access the Service, such as email, password, and social login methods.
7. Content means all information that a member inputs, uploads, posts, connects, generates, transmits, or stores in the Service, including text, images, videos, links, files, comments, messages, designs, page layouts, and other information.
8. AI Features means AI-based generation, editing, recommendation, classification, analysis, and related functions provided by the Company or its partners.
9. External Platforms means third-party platforms, APIs, services, or systems operated by entities other than the Company, such as Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and Google.
10. Paid Services means features, subscriptions, usage-based packages, add-ons, or related services provided by the Company for a fee.
11. Recurring Subscription means a Paid Service billing method where charges are automatically paid at regular intervals using the member’s registered payment method and the usage period is renewed.
12. Operating Policy means detailed policies, guides, standards, and restrictions separately established by the Company and announced within the Service.
